Section 1 – What We Do With Your Information When you purchase a digital asset, guide, or licensing tier from our store, we collect the personal information you give us—such as your name, billing address, email address, and phone number—as part of the standard buying and selling process. This data is strictly used to fulfill your digital delivery, generate secure download paths, and verify the validity of your transaction.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us prevent fraudulent transactions and protect our payment processing network.

Section 2 – Consent and Communication Channels How do you get my consent?

  • Transactions: When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, or place an order, you imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific digital fulfillment reason only.

  • Mentorship Applications: If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, such as a Typeform application for 1:1 mentorship, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

By submitting your phone number and email address on our storefront or associated application forms, you give explicit consent to be contacted directly via email, SMS, or direct messaging applications (such as Telegram or WhatsApp) by our team regarding your order status, application review, or service delivery.

Section 3 – Disclosure of Data We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so, or if you violate our Terms of Service. Furthermore, in the event of a transaction dispute or chargeback investigation, we reserve the right to securely share your purchase records, IP log data, and signed policy agreements with your banking institution or our payment processors to verify the legitimacy of the transaction.

Section 4 – Shopify Infrastructure and Third-Party Services Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our digital services and data licenses to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s secure data storage, databases, and the general Shopify application, protected behind a firewall.

In general, the third-party providers used by us (such as payment gateways, download automation apps, and form builders) will only collect, use, and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. All credit card processing handles data encryption through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).

Section 5 – Security Protocols To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed. We do not store, view, or retain raw credit card numbers or sensitive banking credentials on our servers.

Section 6 – Age of Consent By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
